The Field Configuration Service complements the Field Data Service. It supports the following workflows:

  • Management of Project-Level settings to be used system-wide
    • Feature Code Library (.fxl)
    • Data Collection files (.dc)
  • Management of Trimble Access style-sheets
    • Provision of a list of Trimble Access standard reporting style-sheets
    • A place to store and reuse custom Trimble Access reporting style-sheets
  • Future configuration items such as GNSS correction source configuration, and 3rd party map sources
