Introduction
Trimble Maps offers a variety of SDKs to build highly customizable maps with commercial vehicle specific data and routing. Options include:
- A JavaScript SDK (desktop and web) that uses WebGL2 to render high-performance maps with complex visual effects—from satellite views to 3D buildings and terrain. The latest version uses MapLibre, a community-supported fork of Mapbox GL JS.
- A Mobile SDK for Android, iOS, MAUI Android, and React Native. It primarily supports applications written in Java, Kotlin, and TypeScript for React Native.
All maps are built with commercial truck data from Trimble Maps. That allows you to plan and visualize safe, legal, and efficient routes for all types of vehicles, around the world.
