Unity Maintain and Permit API

The Trimble Unity Maintain and Permit APIs may be used to programmatically extract, view, and update information in your account.

The HTTP API is described with OpenAPI 3.0. Interactive specs load generated OpenAPI documents per controller under Develop → API → Operations (spec JSON is fetched from Trimble File Service at view time).

Access

The Unity Maintain and Permit APIs are available according to your organization’s licensing and configuration. Further access details can be provided by your account team.

Directions on accessing the API are provided here.

There is no special set-up required beyond a fully configured instance in use with API access enabled for your account. Access to the API is granted by account administrators. Once your account is enabled for API access, and you are granted an API access key, you can use the API for transactional integrations subject to the Trimble Unity API Acceptable Use Policy.
