VertexRef
An internal reference to a Vertex used by the protocol layer.
This class is not directly useful to extension developers —
vertices are accessed as full Vertex objects through
edge and face properties (e.g., edge.start, edgeUse.end).
VertexRef only surfaces internally when decoding dimension
attachment points from the protocol.
