Determines the behavior of the API when an operation is started while another is in progress.

The default behavior, if there is already an operation in progress then SketchupOperation.startOperation will fail with an error

If an operation is already in progress, queue this operation. This will wait indefinitely if any “in progress operations never close.
Operations will always be opened in order of execution.
